All rentals include the following equipment: kitchen utensils, dishes, refrigerator, gas or electric cooktop, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Parking for one car.

Water, gas, and electricity consumption are included in the rental price.

It is essential to bring your own linens: sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

In the low season, rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights; in the mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights is required; and in the high season, a minimum of 7 nights is required.

Check-in is from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival for rentals booked via pre-authorization on a credit card or in cash.

No bank checks for the security deposit, only a credit card authorization. The entire stay must be paid before arrival, either by credit card, cash, or holiday vouchers. We no longer accept bank checks due to fraud. At the end of your stay, the client is responsible for a complete cleaning; the equipment and rental must be returned in perfectly clean condition. If any damage is found or cleaning is not carried out, the responsible party will be charged at cost price or €44 per hour for cleaning; all of this will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning products are not provided (cloths, towels, antikal, Mr. Clean, Sanytol). Swim shorts are permitted for swimming in the campsite's aquatic area. Full-body swimsuits are not permitted in the pool/water slide area, except with a doctor's prescription. Tents/caravans must vacate their pitches before 12:00 PM.
