General conditions of sale

All rentals include the following equipment: kitchen utensils, dishes, refrigerator, gas or electric hob, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Parking for one car.

Water, gas, and electricity are included in the rental price.

It is essential to bring your own linens: sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

In low season, rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights, in mid-season a minimum of 4 nights is required, and in high season a minimum of 7 nights is required.

Arrivals are from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and departures are by 10 AM at the latest.

A €500 deposit will be required upon arrival for pre-authorized credit card or cash rentals. No bank checks for the security deposit.

The entire stay must be paid before taking possession of the rental, either by credit card, cash, or holiday vouchers. We no longer accept bank checks due to fraud.

At the end of the stay, complete cleaning is the guest's responsibility; the equipment and rental must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. In the event of damage or failure to clean, the person responsible will be billed at cost or €44 per hour for cleaning, all of which will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning products are not provided for cleaning (rags, dishcloths, anti-limescale, Mr. Clean, Sanytol).

Swimming shorts are permitted for swimming in the campsite's aquatic area. Covering swimsuits are not permitted in the pool/slide area unless prescribed by a doctor.
