General conditions of sale

All rentals include the following equipment: kitchen utensils, crockery, refrigerator, gas or electric hob, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Parking for one car.

Water, gas and electricity consumption are included in the rental price.

It is essential to bring household linen: sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

In season, rentals are for a minimum of five days, from 3 p.m. for arrival, before 10 a.m. for departure.

A deposit of €750 will be required upon arrival for rentals. At the end of the stay, complete cleaning is the responsibility of the customer; the equipment and rental must be returned in perfect clean condition. In the event that damage is noted, it will be invoiced to the author at cost with immediate payment.

Departure of tents/caravans is organized before 12 p.m.
